  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. You will see the exact shipping charges before you complete your purchase.

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on orders above ₹5000.

3. Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship to all locations within India.

  • Standard shipping usually takes between 5-10 business days depending on your location.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, which typically take 2-3 business days for delivery.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.

  • You can track the status of your order using the tracking link provided by the shipping carrier.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please double-check with your local postal carrier. If the issue persists, contact us at drunaamorerituals@gmail.com and we will assist you.

  • Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen events such as weather disruptions or holidays.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once the tracking number shows that the package has been delivered, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

  • We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone can receive the package. If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Packaging

  • We take extra care in packaging your candles to prevent damage during transit. However, if your candle arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for instructions on how to request an exchange.
