  • If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will gladly exchange your damaged or defective candle for a new one at no additional cost.

2. Exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds on any items.

  • If your candle is damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for the same item or a similar product of equal value, depending on availability.

  • Exchanges are subject to the same availability as the original product. If the exact candle is no longer available, we will offer you an alternative candle of similar value.

3. No Returns for Change of Mind

  • Due to the nature of our handcrafted candles, we do not accept returns for products that are not damaged or defective. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before purchasing.

  • If you are requesting an exchange for any other reason (such as a change of mind), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Final Sale Items

  • All candles marked as "final sale" or "clearance" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
